Feature-packed, easy to use if... April 8, 2009 C. Turner 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Unquestionably the most capable watch for its price (and much higher). Has just about every feature worth having, and in an attractive package, to boot.
The manual is indeed confusing, but don't despair. Go to Casio.com, Support, Manuals, Manual Archive, enter Module No. 4772. This simple instruction set will make it easy.
BTW, my 4-year old of this model is still going on its original battery.
Another BTW: Casio WVA 109HDA-7AV is the identical module, slightly different dial design, black, same Amazon price.
Perfect September 13, 2008 Supahman (Pennsylvania, US) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Perfect...just perfect. The band fits nicely and is easily adjusted by your local jeweler. Keeps very accurate time by syncing up to four times per day with the atomic clock in Fort Collins. The manual is a little difficult to understand, but other than that, it's great. Goes through normal everyday use with ease. Very attractive & stylish modern design.
A Great, Practical, and Accurate Watch! October 24, 2008 Edward Ho (CA, USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I have style watches that are worn on special occasions, but for everyday usage, I put on this Casio atomic watch (#WVA109HDA-2BV). This watch is solidly built and only needs to be set just once. There are many atomic watches that sell for a lot more than $50, but for me, this is the best value for the money!
(Update 9-11-2009)
If you want a watch that is ALWAYS accurate and has a nice, quality feel, this is the one to buy, for under $50 at Amazon. Compared to other watches at this price point, this is a standout. Because you only set the time once, it is easy to forget how to set its various functions. If you lose the user manual, no problem, just go to

and enter "4772". This is its manual in pdf format. You can also email yourself this file, so that you will have access to it anywhere there is Internet. I have not had a chance to use it yet.
Great - Does Exactly as Promised December 6, 2008 S. Baer (Coastal SC) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
As an engineer, I'm very impressed with this watch. It arrived showing perfect time, and has not deviated since. It would have been nice if it had a second hand, but that is minor. The only advice I would give Casio is to include instructions for how to remove links on the band to make it smaller. I actually like it loose, so have not removed them. However, if there were instructions, it would save some research time.
Casio Men's Waveceptor Atomic Watch Review April 6, 2009 Conrad W. Ware (Cedar Falls, Iowa) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
The product is exactly as it is written to be. The functions are easy to operate and read. You will find this watch to be a bit thicker than most, but that's what this type of watch demands to house all the components of an atomic watch. The quartz movement is a great plus. I am well pleased and satisfied with this product. I believe you will be too.
