Amazon.com Product Description The simply designed Casio G-Shock Classic analog-digital watch for men offers shock resistance that's great for your most vigorous sporting activities as well as anti-magnetic properties. The durable round black watch case measures 47mm wide (1.85 inches), and it's matched to a comfortable black resin sports strap. Timekeeping features include a 1/100-second stopwatch with a 24-hour capacity and elapsed time mode, dual time for tracking a second time zone, daily alarm, and 12/24-hour formats. Other features include an Auto Calendar (pre-programmed until the year 2039), ±15-second accuracy per month, Afterglow backlighting, and water resistance to 200 meters (660 feet)--which will stand up to the rigors of recreational scuba diving. Note: Though this watch is designed to withstand exposure to magnetic force, you should still keep it away from machinery and appliances that generate a strong magnetic field.

Best watch I've ever owned (for almost 10 years) May 21, 2008 JetpackJesus (Buffalo, NY) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I had no idea this watch was still produced. I have had one of these for close to 10 years now (I think - I can't remember exactly when I got it now). I can't even remember having to replace the battery yet, and I wear this watch nearly every day. The screen is just now starting to fade so I'm thinking it's about time to put a new battery in. This watch is virtually indestructible. It's taken some heavy beatings and never missed a beat in all these years.
The only drawbacks are the difficulty reading the digital display when the minute hand is between the 4 and 8, and the analog hands can only be adjusted clockwise (falling back takes awhile).
Regardless, I would absolutely recommend this watch to anyone without reservation. Unless you lose it, you will never need another watch again.
Excellent watch! February 10, 2007 Sreejith Kanhirampara (Wisconsin) 3 out of 4 found this review helpful
Looks better on your hand than on picture. Looks much expensive than really is. Its outer-rim protects the glass from scratches. The combination of red letters on black really looks good. Really goes well with Jeans&T-shirt.
Great Value January 16, 2007 Kimberley L. Littrell (Chattanooga, TN) 2 out of 3 found this review helpful
This is a durable watch for everyday wear and tear. It is a great value and looks nice with any type of clothing. It will take a beating and still function well and cleans up well.
Awesome Watch June 18, 2007 Wade G. Tam (San Francisco, CA USA) 2 out of 3 found this review helpful
This is the second G-Shock I have owned, and I have nothing but great things to say about these watches. I've had this model for about 2 years now and it takes a beating, but looks the same as the day I bought it. I had my other G-Shock for about six years and only bought this one because my old one started to corrode (the rubber). Buy this watch. It's a steal at 70 bucks and it will last through a ton.
Great Buy! June 14, 2007 OutdoorMe (WA) I took my time trying to figure out which G-Shock i wanted, but this efatured on my list of top 3 from the word go, after comparing images it was pretty clear which one i wanted, i read up some reviews which were all good, but then i got my watch and it was absolutely fantastic! Great watch, rugged, nice strap, beautiful backlit display, easy to set up and lotsa joy!
