Digital timing features, in addition to the stopwatch, include three daily alarms world time for 29 time zones/30 cities, 12/24-hour time, and auto-calendar programmed to 2039. The AfterGlow LED electro luminescent backlight provides easy readability in low-light conditions. Other features include a power-saving function (turns display off when in the dark), battery power indicator, and water resistance to 100 meters (330 feet)--offering protection from accidental splashes as well suitable for swimming, snorkeling, and light recreational diving.
This radio-controlled watch receives a time calibration signal transmitted from Fort Collins, Colorado, and signal reception is possible within a radius of about 2,000 miles from the Fort Collins transmitter. You can choose to automatically receive this signal five times a day, or manually update the Waveceptor to the atomic clock.
