Product Description Casio Active Dial Multi - task Gear Sport Watch. Less of a watch, more of a personal assistant. Of course it tells time, so it's a Watch. It just performs so many other functions that the word "watch" simply isn't enough! Here's what I mean... it's got a moon phase graph, a tide graph, a countdown timer, a stopwatch, a multi-function alarm clock, and more, all rolled up into a sleek and sporty water-resistant design. Sure, it tells time... but the real question should be "What can't the Gear Sport do?"! More: Auto backlit with afterglow; Reliable quartz movement is accurate to +/-30 seconds per month; Combo analog / digital timekeeping tells you everything at a glance; Stylish stainless bezel and resin case for durable, water-resistant strength; 3 independent multi-function alarms; Moon phase graph / tide graph and data keep you in the know; 1/100-second stop watch function measures elapsed time, split time, and 1st and 2nd place time; Water-resistant to 660'; Auto calendar, programmed to 2099; Sturdy resin band; Case measures 1 9/10" wide.; Order yours today! Men's Casio Active Dial Multi-task Gear Sport Watch
Amazon.com Product Description Ideal for the outdoor enthusiast, the Casio Men's Active Dial Sport Watch brings you a wealth of information in a bold design. The durable, silver-tone case backgrounds the black resin bezel with screw details on the corners, and it extends to meet the strong black resin band that secures to the wrist with an adjustable buckle. A bright dial offers a wide variety of features, including a thermometer, temperature memory, moon data, world time, countdown timer, alarm, 12- and 24-hour formats, day, date, month, and a fish indicator to help you determine the right conditions for fishing. With a cool three-dimensional depth on the digital dial, this rugged timepiece is also water-resistant to 660 feet (200 meters) for reliable performance in tough environments.

No real complaints February 21, 2010 Optimist (Kansas) 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
Bought this at the same time as a Casio Databank DB35H model. I like this AQW101 "fishing" watch better and will be using it. Just wish it had the 5 alarms like the databank models...
Pros:
1) Face is much easier to read than the DB35H.
2) The analog hands are nice to have. I find myself glacing at those and being able to read them quicker than the digital display at times.
3) The moon and temperature things are nice novelty items :-)
4) The buttons are easy to work with and so far, no problems with them getting hit by accident.
5) The overall style and finish are excellent, especially for the price.
6) The band is good quality (better than on the cheaper DB35H).
Cons:
None really, but if pressed:
1) Its a bit on the big side. Not a problem unless you're "small boned" - and even then, with the band, it conforms well to the wrist.
2) The temperature measurement is modified by your body heat (about +10F)
3) The analog hands sometime cover up the date/etc.
Sorry - no clue on the fishing prediction accuracy ! :-)
Casio Thermometer Watch May 20, 2010 Daniel Rich This is an awesome watch. Great value, my previous watch cost
three times as much. The stop watch and timer functions are
very convenient. The Thermometer seems accurate, once you calibrate
it, which is not that hard to do. I have not used the world time
feature in that I have not figured out how to set that up yet. Note
that the booklet that comes with it is pretty complicated, at least
when trying to figure out setting the world time. Otherwise it is O.K.
I love that it is analog and digital. Also, the hands glow at night
and there is a back light function that works well.
This watch is a very nice size and not too bulky.
I would highly recommend this watch to anyone who wants a readable
analog and digital watch with a useful thermometer function, as well
as count up and count down timers.
IT REALLY WORKS! June 30, 2010 Hesqu It is a great deal! Just remember that you need to adjust the LON, you can find your country LON on Wikipedia and go to Fish!!
